About Department
The Department of Odia at Larambha College began its journey in 1976, offering a rich academic tradition in Odia Language and Literature. Our college provides an undergraduate program leading to a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Odia, meticulously designed to immerse students in the science of language and the treasures of Odia literary works. The program aims to nurture the students’ literary and linguistic skills, fostering a profound appreciation for the Odia language.
The BA (Honours) program in Odia is structured around two distinct lines of specialization: linguistics and literature.
